The Fair Auction (Delphi’s ICO)

We are happy to announce we have successfully deployed both our Delphi Token contract and our Fair Auction contract onto Ethereum Homestead.

We have also created a verified page at https://delphi.markets/address

which contains instructions for participating in the Delphi crowdsale.

The FairAuction contract has already been funded with 7,500,000 DEL, but it will not accept any ETH until the crowdsale goes live in about 11 hours (July 15, 12:00 PM UTC, or 1500120000 for those who prefer epoch timestamps). Delphi’s ICO is completely open-access; anyone can participate, no matter who they are or where they’re from. All you really need to know is the contract address; anyone who contributes ETH to this address while the crowdsale is live will automatically be granted their fair share of DEL tokens by the FairAuction contract after everything is finalized. Not even we can stop you from participating, now that the contract is deployed.

One thing we want to stress, though: do not send funds from a wallet that you do not have full control of (e.g. directly from an exchange). Doing so could result in you not being able to retrieve your DEL after it has been distributed.

We also have a bunch of updates coming out over the next few hours, so keep a close eye on our Medium as we roll them out!

Note: etherscan.io currently shows the Delphi Token ERC20 token contract as “(*Unverified)” for the time being; we have reached out to them with verification information and are currently awaiting the update on their site. This is solely an etherscan.io display issue, and does not imply that there is anything wrong with the contract itself (in fact, you can verify every byte of the source code firsthand on their site).
