Keto Friendly Food I Can Count On

When I can’t decide what to eat, especially on the Keto Diet, I find myself going back to the simplest of ingredients.

Eggs

1. They are cheap and always available
2. They are HIGHLY nutritious with all the vitamins your body needs including

3. They help us lose weight by keeping us full for longer periods of time.
4. They taste delicious with anything and especially on their own!
5. Season with sea salt or Himalayan Rock salt. No table salt please!

There are studies done to explain why eggs are great for us as in the health benefit and you can find these reasons with the studies done to prove these theories at health benefits of eggs

Cheese

1. Also easily available from any supermarket
2. Go for the cheese that looks the least processed.
3. Read the label to check what has been put in the cheese.
4. My safest bet is to go with the creamiest Brie or Camembert.
5. Don’t eat too much of it too as having two boxes of Brie might also add up to too many calories .

Roasted Pork Belly

1. Roasted in it’s own fat so there is usually no added sugar.
2. In Malaysia you can order it from almost any Chinese restaurant.
3. Roasting pork belly on your own is also quite easy to do.

I have been on this diet for the three weeks and I am seeing and feeling quite a bit of improvement.
