Textured paintings on wood by Sean Talamini
Sean Talamini, also known as Illustrasean, is an artist living and working in Philadelphia, PA. Sean has been drawing since he was little, creating art with crayons on the wooden walls of his grandmother’s home. According to Sean not a lot has changed since then: he still likes to draw on wood, yet prefers oil and acrylic paint over crayons nowadays. I love what the structure of the wood does for Sean’s work: it gives the pieces a lovely texture that works fantastic with Sean’s nature inspired themes.
