| What is Unibright?

Unibright is a member company of SPO Consulting GmbH, which was founded in 1989, focuses on consulting and supporting the development of IT systems in the SAP and Microsoft .NET environment. Unibright will combine the expertise of the SPO with over 15 years of business integration and ERP consulting (mainly SAP) with the Blockchain field.

Unibright makes it easy to integrate Blockchain technology into business through a unified framework for enterprise-based integration. Unibright is a template based and targeted all-around business. Businesses can choose the template for the desired use case, customize their integrated workflow, code generation, connect their existing landscapes, and track ongoing business processes.

| Components of the Unibright platform

The Unibright Visual Workflow Designer: Enables customers to create Blockchain-based solutions and identify business process integration visualizations without coding or expensive developers.
The Unibright Contract Lifecycle Manager: platform dependent code generated from a well-designed and intuitive workflow for Blockchain. The generated code is then maintained, deployed and updated according to specific smart contracts.
The Unibright Explorer: tracks ongoing business processes on all smart contracts and related systems. It helps to present live and non-direct data on Blockchain to a useful, easy-to-understand panel. Existing contracts and connected systems are tracked through intelligent query sets that are automatically generated.
The Unibright Connector: allows existing IT landscapes to connect to different smart contracts and blocks using a set of pre-defined smart adapters. Off-chain (ERP) and Blockchain systems are integrated into the automated process.

| Use UBT token

Token Unibright (UBT) is an ERC20 utility token that connects Unibright’s smart contract with other smart contracts or off-chain systems. For each transaction, Token Unibright is required for companies that want to benefit from the Unibright framework. In this case, they will hold a certain amount of UBT tokens that will be collected and sold by Unibright to the company or market for additional integration. Token Unibright will be used to register smart contracts deployed on this platform and to purchase work templates and smart adapters developed by Unibright.

| Team

Unibright’s core team comes from SPO Consulting GmbH, a successful German-based company that has been around for more than 20 years. The exception is Fabian Schlarb, lead inspector, who comes from Opel — one of the largest automobile manufacturers in Europe with more than 38,000 employees. Unibright has retained seven advisers, including Oleksii Matiiasevych (Intelligent Contract Engineer for Ambisafe) and Moritz Gomm (Principal Investigator of the Zühlke Group). In addition to finding existing customers from the SPO such as Samsung, Shell and Siemens, Unibright has established partnerships with Iconiqlab, Ambisafe, Microsoft and Zuehlke.

Unibright said at the Blockchain summit in Zurich earlier this month and will also speak at the Blockchain Investment and Initiative Summit on March 19.

| Growth potential
