This is a dessert that loves kids and adults and can save you from any eventuality that you have with your children and you do not know what to give them, here is this delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

For the base:

1 pack of Oreo cookies
1 bar of melted butter

For the filling:

2 pack of cream cheese at room temperature

The juice of half a lemon

1 envelope of grenetine 7 grams

1/4 cup of cold water

1 spoon of vanilla

500 ml of milk cream or evaporated milk

150 grams of sugar

Process:

Separate the cookies and remove the white filling.

Put them in a processor or blender, blend until they are completely pulverized.

In a removable refractory, dust the biscuits and butter.

Flatten with a glass to form a even base.

Refrigerate the base for 10 minutes.

In a heat-resistant measuring cup, empty the water and the greenery, stir well and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.

Once the grenetine is hard, microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds until it is liquid again.

Empty all the ingredients in your blender or with a blender mixed very well, pour this mixture to your base and refrigerate for 3 more hours.
