So, now ISRO wants the Raman Research Institute to develop the Quantum Communication Satellite for the ISRO which means now ISRO also wants to jump into the Quantum sector. Till now China has only been able to prove about the Quantum Communication Satellite after launching it.

Now, India is also willing to grow into this sector. Some of you must be knowing that Quantum Satellite works on Photons. Photons can be described as the small packets of light, so the Quantum Satellite works on this. Also the total expenditure in the project will be completely born by ISRO and on this the Raman Research Institute will work completely and will do their best.

This Quantum Communication Satellite can help one day make for an ultra secure global communication network. The 1300 pound craft contains a crystal that produces pairs of entangle photon which will be fired to the ground stations to form a Secret key).
