Helle dear reader,

It has taken some time for me to write this report but I am the more happy to share with you my experience
with Panama City or it's Spanish name Ciudad de Panama.
I have spend lots of time in Panama the country where this Panama City is located as there is also another Panama City in the United States which sometimes makes it confusing especially when using google search.

For those not familiar with Panama this country has a real strategic position,as it's the bridge between two continents and the canal between the Great Pacific and Great Atlantic ocean runs straight through Panama.
Which is it's most famous site. The Panama Canal.

So now you know a little about Panama the central American country where Panama City is located
the connection between 2 continents and 2 world oceans

Let me tell you about Panama City this Capital city has had a incredible boom period the last 10 years as most of the sky scrapers you see in the first picture have been build in the last 10 years
Many banks it is central America's business center, their version of Hongkong or Singapore only maybe a little bit more laid back as the people here are very relaxed and easy going.Which is very nice in a city where it's hot all year round .

Something I find really cool is some of their busses

So many details so much fun, such creativity....very entertaining on the eyes
But the best thing is the outside as while on the inside for a ride you get shaken real well.

Public transport is really cheap btw just 0.25usd for a bus ride and the metro is 0.35usd they use US dollars

But if you are more into taxi's that's also no problem on the wallet as many rides are in between 1-5usd

I personally like Panama City and my favorite neighborhood is el Cangrejo around via Argentina
where there is a nice park some restaurants and bars and a nice bohemian feel
