Everyone knows: Muslims don’t drink alcohol! But if you´re travel around the world, you cannot deny that there are still countries that have breweries. Yes, in some muslim country you can find breweries! It is a well known fact that Muslims don’t drink alcohol if they´re listen to their god. It is haraam, that means forbidden. This abstinence is a command they get from God - otherwise if you loot to Tunisia, Egypt or Maroc, you will find a lot of (okay - not sooooo many) small and fine breweries.

But Alcohol is what is prohibited by specific texts of the Quran (see 5:90)! What they do? No problem: Consuming any amount is unlawful, even if it doesn’t create any drunken effects. But brewing for other people... you never know! They do and the Prophet Muhammad of Islam said: Nothing. This abstinence is a command from God, the law maker for Muslims’ health and environment. But why else is alcohol haraam in Islam?

The Prophet instructed his companions to avoid any intoxicating substances, but he never forbid people of other religions to drink. Alcohol is called “abominations of Satan’s handiwork,” the weak human cannot live with it - without tabac it seems because the Prophet Muhammad also instructed his companions to avoid "any intoxicating substances", but nevertheless they smoke like chimneys, regardless of the warning “if it intoxicates in a large amount, it is forbidden even in a small amount.”

And when there is beer, you can get it. Whats your experience with alcoholic drinks in islamic states? Do people in Muslim countries drink alcohol?
