A 39-year-old single mother raped her son's 13-year-old friend.

The single mother from Taipei surnamed Chen met the victim at her son's Taekwondo training center. She often took the boy home along with her son and gave him gifts. Chen even called the boy "Baby".

Last October the boy had a fight with his father and left home. When he came to stay at Chen's house, she made him watch porn. A few days later, the boy went to Chen's house again. This time, Chen undressed the boy as he lay on the bed.

She told him that he was "gonna do it sooner or later" and started riding him. The boy was so scared and tried to push her away, but Chen was turned on by his actions.

The next day the boy went to see a doctor because his penis was hurting when he peed. The doctor discovered his penis inflammation was caused by sex.

The boy's father found out about the incident after the boy told him what had happened, and filed a lawsuit against Chen. Despite Chen's denials, the boy told everything to the judge. Since Chen failed her polygraph test, the judge believed the boy and charged her with rape. She faces up to 10-ten-year jail sentence.
