Welcome to the TOLAR platform. Tolar has developed HashNET; a scalable, fast, secure, and fair decentralized- beyond blockchain project, leveraging Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and consensus algorithm which keeps all positive characteristics of a blockchain technology while increasing throughput to more than 200,000 transactions per second. Tolar has a governance system called Magnus Consilium in which stakeholders and investors will have the power of voting on proposals in order to participate in improvements of HashNET network.
• HashNET is scalable: HashNET was built to support over 200,000 transactions per second, compared to Bitcoin, which can only manage 7 transactions per second. Also, even with a large increase in number of nodes, HashNET network will be able to process all transactions in a matter of seconds.
• HashNET is fast, because it doesn’t require miners to create a chain of blocks in order to record transactions. This process of creating a chain of blocks is very slow and it consumes a large amount of electricity. HashNET uses Proof-of-Stake algorithm combined with masternode to reach distributed consensus.
• HashNET is 100% secure. HashNET can’t be hacked due to the power of distributed algorithm, which is responsible for reaching consensus within the nodes. Also, combining Proof-of-Stake and masternode creates transparency, since the participants are compensated for correct voting.

It has governance system called Magnus Consilium, it conducts the voting for the investors and stake holders to participate the Hash Network. It will be part in the community in tenders and POS (Proof of stake). It accepts the tenders based on criteria like social impact, Decentralisation and governance, Outreach, Contribution and Extensiveness
• Token economy:
Tolar issues Ethereum based utility token called “TOL” which can be used in the internal ecosystem of the platform for the services availed in the platform and reward distribution.

• Tolar’s Roadmap Looks Great. Past Progress Going Back to Q2 2017 Is Available to View and Future Milestones/Goals Reach out into Q2 2019. Great to See Previous Progress. The Website Is Lacking a Bit in the Way of Research Resources, but It’s Great to See That Tolar Isn’t Necessarily a New Idea, the Team Have Been Developing Tolar for Quite Some Time Now.
• Tolar’s HashNET Uses a Proof of Stake Algorithm with Masternodes to Secure 200,000 Transactions per Second. With Decentralized Applications and Inter-chain Technology in the Mix, All of These Features Point to a Highly Efficient Network.
• Tolars Team Looks Great, Plenty of People Working on This Project. 8 Foundation Members, 10 Members on the HashNET Tech Team and 13 Members on the HashNET Bizz Team. The Development of Tolar and HashNET Is in Good Hands Here.
• Tolars HashNET Is Mobile Compatible. It’s Possible to Run a Full Node on a Smartphone. Obviously This Makes Running a Node a Lot More Accessible for People Interested in Contributing to the Network. A Great Feature.
• Not Much Else to Point out Here. We’d Love to Have a Few More Positive Notes about Tolar & HashNET but Right Now the Team Haven’t Shown Us a Whole Lot. TOLAR HASHNET SOLVES PROBLEMS BY:
Using HashNet is a variant of the Redundancy Reduced Gossip that reduces the number of unnecessary messages in the system by half.
Develop the election system on the nodes to provide incentive policies that eliminate bad nodes that endanger the system.
Manage nodes with the nodes Reputation Based System to prevent bad behavior.
Implement multiple voting and election mechanisms to select a group of high-level nodes to protect consensus and protect the system from bad nodes.
A plurality of nodes have the right to evaluate and vote on the nominations of any node, and any node has the right to nominate polls for any given topic.
Upgrade Bitcoin's MimbleWimble model by developing the concept of Confidential Transaction and One Way Aggregate Signatures.
Upon reaching the desired throughput, Tolar HashNet will be integrated with Ethereum Virtual Machine (a smart contract).
Developed a new algorithm for Quantum resistance on HashNet.

Josip Maricevic- CTO
He worked on development of a few significant blockchain products, He worked for Shazam on application that implements Shazam song recognition technology to identify songs in your iPod library and play them with synchronized lyrics and visualizations. he is an owner of software development agency Moon Code, which is offering services of developing custom Blockchain based projects, alternative cryptocurrencies and Ethereum smart contracts.

Drazen Kapusta-Founder and Principal
He’s an entrepreneur with 30 years of business experience. Drazen also serves as Principal of COTRUGLI Business School, the leading business school in SE Europe where he has successfully helped develop the world’s first Blockchain MBA program and Certified Blockchain Developers Program. He serves as the President of the COTRUGLI Fund which is focused on organizing and leading numerous humanitarian projects.

Zoran Dordevic-Board member
He has more than 15 years of experience in education and consulting as well as passion for blockchain technology and its educational and business implementation. Zoran is one of the pioneers in introducing blockchain technology into regular MBA curriculums that set the foundations of the world’s first Blockchain MBA program at COTRUGLI Business School.

SUMMARY
The HashNET project together with the Tolar token looks like a promising DLT project. The team has blockchain experience and a comprehensive scientific background. With their prototype they have shown that they probably could reach their promise of 200.000 TPS. So the technical side of the project provides lots of future promise, but they also have to show that they can master the economical side of the project with real world partnerships and enterprises looking to build dApps on the HashNET.
