How to maintain diet in summer??

In summer, even though your calories burn lot than the winter, you have to maintain some of your regular food practice.

Younger cheeses such as ricotta, mozzarella and cream cheese are likely to be fine.

Cured, smoked, aged and tinned meats and fish, including bacon, salami, smoked salmon, tinned tuna, luncheon meats and hot dogs are usually high in histamine, so if you¿re at a barbecue, go for fresh meat and fish.

Bread and wheat-based products don¿t have high histamine levels, but they can trigger inflammatory reactions in some people, making hay fever symptoms worse.

according to nutrition experts, some food and drink contains relatively high levels of histamines, the same chemicals released by the body when it comes into contact with things it might be allergic to your body.

Good luck to everyone for this summer!!

As you point out, in the summer time, you burn more calories because you are more likely to be more active.

Humans used to spend the harvest months packing on the fat in order to survive the lean harvest and cold months of the year. Now, since a lot of people are inactive all year round, due to not needing to hunt and gather, we have a problem of keeping off excess fat, even in the abundance months.
