This kind of vegetable as we all know is source of may nutrients that need in our healthy and dietary need of our body. cabbage is good in our brain, and the other nutrients of cabbage is use as good in our skin and eyes with hair with vitamin E of the cabbage for healthy needs. And also cabbage has source of vitamins like Phosphorus and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese.

Agriculture produces of healthy foods such as WATER MELON.
One of my dietary secret in my food is I am always eating this Water Melon as my food not only for dessert but sometime it is my everyday package of my lunch or breakfast, because of the benefits of water melon in our bodies. because eating water melon has the benefits such as vitamins of amino acid that may increase nitric oxide levels in our body that needed all the time. and the helps of it's vitamins like nitric oxide helps our blood vessels expand, which lowers blood pressure . Other vitamins and minerals in water melon are also good for our heart that is why in time of harvesting water melon in agriculture level of season. I was prepared to bought to provide my dietary solution in my everyday needs.Water melon is low in calories as we know and it's provides vitamins and minerals ans water melon is 90% of water.
Agriculture Produce more in vegetable and fruits and one of this is Banana. We knew that banana is one of the source of potassium. (source:)( Banana produces 89 of it"s calories that needs in body of a single human. according to a source banana potassium and magnesium has the ability to protect our muscle or help our muscular cramps in the night and also during work out. And man needs of about 2500 calories , and 2000 to losses a pound of weight in every week of eating banana but it was depends on the situation of how you can achieve your daily works out or daily dietary foods.) meanwhile according to educational methods. The woman average was also needs to eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain the calories of about 1500 ant to losses one pound of weight in every week of eating banana.
