I believe that the natural resistance to change found in many people comes from the need to control everything in order to find certainty. And, of course, finding an absolute certainty is impossible. We will not win the war against the uncertainty by becoming certain, instead we find stability by embracing uncertainty and telling the universe "bring it on". It is important to realize that once we have become accustomed to stop doing so much (letting go) and just being for a while (live the moment), we can live a much happier (and more profitable) life.
