3 years DEPRESSION FREE
So 3 years today if I've nailed it down I've been free from depression. It's a horrible journey that so many people walk. I want to encourage you to keep going, that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Here are a few things/habits I put in place that helped me on the journey to overcome.
Journaling.
Adequate sleep.
Exercise.
Drink plenty of water.
Getting enough Vitamin D
Being social.
Prayer.
Giving thanks.
Eating Healthy
