The best and the most well-prepared historical TV series ever made in Türkiye(yes,Türkiye not turkey). Acting is very good, both the actors and the actresses play well. Clothes reveal the traditional style of that age. Scenario is well-prepared and reflect the Turks' history as it was. Plot is especially catchy. I know and meet many people around who cannot wait to see the next episode. The pre-foundation of the Ottoman State is handled with professional care and talent from many angles including drama, wars and their effects on people, treacheries and traitors arsoning the very essence of the nation (many people grate their teeth while watching the betrayals and the doers). Of course, all the details may not be the exact copies of the historical events but this is not! a documentary and for the sake of story telling, film makers are allowed to make minor changes to attract the audience, which is something that each and every history-related movie does.Some say it is being produced under Islamic influence. Well, fresh news! we Turks have been and are Muslims and our lives have always been and are influenced by our religion as any follower of any religion, which is an undeniable fact that cannot be expected to be really understood by non-followers or by those living abroad so long that made them foreigners to Turks' way of feeling. Soundtrack is an awesome catching one that keeps you hum it on and on. All in all, with everything included and considered, the series achieved something that the screen has been lacking for a long time, the love and respect of Turks towards their ancestors.
