We are hosting a Steemit Meetup at 3 PM at the Arts Goggle festival in downtown Fort Worth today!

We will represent our sustainable community, the monthly Urban Traders Market, and Steemit at this huge event; we expect thousands to attend on this beautiful Saturday. We are receiving encouraging support for our art and cause here on our beloved Steemit, so we want to pay it forward by introducing the flourishing arts community of Fort Worth to this incredible platform.

ArtsGoggle is a popular festival of local arts in Fort Worth’s Near Southside, an eclectic neighborhood of historic elegance and urbanism. This 14th annual free family event will host live music with over 50 bands, more than 500 creatives showcasing artistic displays of every kind, food, drink, and fun for everyone! 

ArtsGoggle prides itself in hosting a casual, approachable and vibrant environment to appreciate art and learn about the talents within our own community. For more than a decade, ArtsGoggle has been the launch pad for many artists showing their work for the first time. The festival provides a supportive setting for both aspiring and professional visual artists, to display, sell and seek comment on their artwork. 

This will be the perfect venue for hosting our second Steemit Meetup! Our first meetup was a great success, where we inspired dozens of individuals to sign up for new accounts. Today, Quinn will share perspective on the revolutionary potential of this transparent blockchain and cryptocurrency-backed social media. We continue adding many of our unique goods to the Peerhub marketplace to strengthen the value of the Steemit economy, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to demonstrate the ease and fun with which we are able to exchange SBD for real, valuable goods.
