Tears means you bring extreme joy, However in general it could also bring you from excessive sorrow , agony and suffering, when too much of it can cause depression, or psychological pressure that could applied to our being. Tears have become symbols of pain.
The reason why my tears' symbols of pain because i had a toxic relationship, which caused me depression , stressed, cried all night.. These are the questions that kept my mind asking everynight :

Did someone cheated on you yet?
HAVE YOU TRIED TO ASK YOURSELF WHERE EVERYTHING WENT WRONG? . HAVE YOU TRIED TO ASK YOURSELF WHY THEY CHEATED ON YOU WHEN YOU DID EVERYTHING BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO HURT THEM BUT STILL IT FAILED. HAVE YOUR TRIED TO ASK , AM I UGLY? AM I REPLACEABLE? , AM I NOT WORTH IT. , HAVE YOU TRIED SKIPPING YOUR MEALS EVERYDAY, LIKE COULDN'T EAT SOLID FOODS FOR WEEKS WITHOUT GETTING NAUSEOUS. DID YOU FEEL LIKE DYING BECAUSE OF THAT PERSON WHO CHEATED ON YOU, WHO RUIN YOUR LIFE AND LOST YOUR CONFIDENCE?. WERE YOU AFRAID TO FALL IN LOVE AGAIN ? ..
why people cheated on even if they already found someone else? why people cheated when they already have someone who can accept the way they are, and who they are? . If youre not happy anymore why Not leave? .. And now i am asking, Why are those who's genuine , sincere, loyal and serious of a relationship is the one who suffer, depressed, sad, stressful, super down , crying everynight, but the one who cheated on is the one who is successful in life and happy.
Did you also ask these to yourself right when someone dumped on you? .
Tears is the reason why I tried to made my first poem/poetry about my toxic relationship , tears made me stronger enough and it makes me feel better after.
LIKE I AM BEING CURSED
I know you like the back of hand
But you have been playing my heart
Sometimes it hurts me to hold on
but I need to let go and move on
My heart is bleeding running through my veins
You're killing me with the silence
Still feel the painful than needle pierced
Please tell my why I feel like I am cursed
You're terrible have no conscience
I will let the karma do the revenge
Power of acceptance will follow
Sorrowful life will fade and see the rainbow
Now my heart's heal and it beats for new one
It was perfect but he is now gone
I thought he'll never do the same as yours
But he did it and I feel like I am cursed
I am down on my knees and lift my hand
God I am asking you to give me peace of mind
Forgive them and I will do the same
Please help me to heal from past hurts and pain
WHEN I HAD A SORROWFUL LIFE, TEARS BECOMES MY PRAYER TEARS, I CRIED OUT TO GOD IN MY PAIN AND IN THE SAME PRAYER END UP CRYING OUT TO GOD IN MY GAIN. DON'T BE ASHAMED TO YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU HAVE TEARS, YOU'RE STRONG , YOU'RE BRAVE BECAUSE YOU CRIED, BE PROUD OF IT CUZ YOU PROVE THAT YOU CAN HANDLE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WITHOUT OTHERS HELP, BUT GOD :) .
And now after my bad experiences, I could tell that, Tears help you heal,release feelings , it builds community and it could also lower your stress you are not going to apologize for that because it is normal, we are human, and after a good cry, you always feel cleansed like your heart and mind just rubbed each others in a warm bath, I knew you would agree with this guys :)
And now I could tell to myself that I CRIED BECAUSE I AM STRONG :) .
