According to Ovates & Druids we work with many methods of meditation and among them deep peace of trees is one which is inspired to people to practice. It will help to fell centred and grounded deepen your experience of being in your body in relationship to the natural world.It encourages you to cultivate peacefuleness and harmonises heart and mind.

This the process by whwhich you can imagine yourself in one - such as a forest or woodland grove.
Now try to move your awareness to your body, and start to move the focus of your attention slowly down from the top of your head, relaxing into your awareness of your body as you do so. Relax your eyes and mouth, release any tension in the shoulders, and gradually move your awareness down through your torso and legs to the soles of your feet.

This process has several steps and you have to follow this steps one by one and after the complete cycle your meditation will be completed and you will feel fresh. To follow the complete process of the cycle you may follow here. That's for today.
