Fruits
Fruits are composed mainly of water (between 80-90%). Their simple carbohydrates (fructose, sucrose and glucose) represent 5 to 18% of the edible part, and determine their caloric value; they are usually low in fat.
The nutritional value of these lies in the presence of fiber (from 0.7% to 5%, depending on the fruit); minerals (magnesium and especially potassium), vitamins and minerals. They also hydrate the body quickly, help the correct functioning of the digestive system, facilitate the drainage of liquids, provide soluble vegetable fibers and natural antioxidant vitamins.
IN THE VARIETY OF SECRET
Not all fruits are the same, so each provides additional benefits that vary by type. Hence, the importance that their intake is not only regular, but also diverse.
Tamarind pulp is rich in thiamine, a crucial vitamin for the proper functioning of the nerves, muscles and digestive system as it reduces flatulence and increases appetite.
In the mango stands out its high carbohydrate content, so it can be a caloric alternative. It is also antioxidant and anticancer. Orange fights constipation and helps digestion, is depurative, helps bone growth. Provides natural antioxidant vitamins.
Peach is high in iron, so it is recommended for people with anemia. It is also antioxidant, produces rejuvenating and purifying effects, is digestive and contributes to lower levels of cholesterol in the blood. It is rich in beta-carotene, a pigment that enhances the tan, protects the skin and increases the level of hydration of the dermis.
Guava helps reduce cholesterol, has diuretic properties, helps protect the body from breast and prostate cancer. It also contains lycopene, the most potent antioxidant in the world.
The parchita is composed of water and fibers that makes it a functional food to prevent constipation, reduce blood cholesterol levels and keeps sugar at its limits, in case of people with diabetes.
Pineapple is characterized by significant amounts of water and fiber. In addition, it is very low in calories. Most of its benefits are due to the presence of the enzyme bromelain, which improves digestion and destroys intestinal parasites.
The apple lowers cholesterol levels in the blood, as it contains pectin, a mixture of acidic and highly branched neutral polymers. Pears help control blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

Good info on fruits! So healthy... but if you sell JUST the juice, are you not missing the fiber that slows the absorption of the fructose and therefore avoids the spike in insulin? That much fructose at once (which the liver can't handle), will end up as fat, no? The only way to avoid this is to sip the juice very slowly over a long period which no one really does! Hence, better to eat the natural fruit directly. Some more info on what I mean-> link
