Bitcoin is the first digital cryptocurrency, a form of currency without notes and coins. It is the most popular, notable and highest in market capitalization. It is a decentralized currency that is traded solely on computers and the internet. It was released as open-source software in 2009. The system is peer-to-peer, and transactions take place between users directly, without an intermediary. Here are some interesting and amazing facts about bitcoin.
