Everyone has a desire to be healthy, but more often than not, our reasons are for short-term goals. There are tonnes of good reason to get in shape, and the truth is healthy lifestyle has excellent benefits for the long-term. I would like to share with you the top 6 ultimate reasons on why we should choose to stay fit, active & healthy.

Excercise will reduces the risk of heart attack, helps control weight, decreases inflammation, lowers the risk of developing diabetes and certain cancers, increases the chances of survival after a heart attack eventually lifts your mood. Consuming a nutritious diet and avoid smoking can add additional years on you.

Keep Medical Costs Down

It is unavoidable to be sick. Even how healthy we were, we would not plans to get sick or hurt, but most people need medical care at some point. Chances are, the healthier you are the less likely you will have to go to the Doctor's even for the minor things. If we don't take care or neglect our bodies, it can get accumulate more disease and health problems as we get older. I'm currently changing my life since about 3 months to live healthier. I gained some muscles and I have more energy to e.g. carry my kids.

I couldn't care less for #4 but all the the other reasons are very important.

Good for you. Keep doing what you think is right.
