I've got a wonderful feeling
Winter has been cosy and lovely but tomorrow in Australia is the start of a new season. I tell you what - I am ready for some spring time delight!
Spring for me, means:-
Bush walks, climbing mountains and playing in rock pools
Flowers, pretty flowers and the promise of more flowers
Cute floral frocks, ditching the ugg boots and putting on sandals or going barefoot
Fruit trees in blossom and new tastes to find at the farmer's market
New fresh designs to make in my studio and playing with colour
Spring inspired shop displays and dreamy vintage florals
Flowers in vases in my home and shop
Cute little animals and sweet whimsical things
A time to act on all that garden inspiration and a chance to fill my shop with plants
Days spent in the garden, soaking up the sunshine, making colourful things with my daughters and sitting on the lawn
The air is filled with hope, joy, new beginnings and beauty.
There is so much to love about spring.

Nothing beats spring, the fresh feelings of the atmosphere and aromatic fragrances of the flowers blooming. Summer is just about to end here so I got a few seasons to go.

I'm in Adelaide & it's incredible here today. Father's day, my birthday and the Royal show all land in the first week of Spring.

I am in Queensland, down near the border in the Granite Belt. A beautiful place with four very distinct seasons.
So I Love spring too & Enjoy the last days of summer.

Spring and autumn are both my favorites, spring can be so full of expectations, nature so beautiful when everything starts blooming. Autumn so intense with all nice colors in nature before it all fades. One of the best thing I have heard said about autumn is that it is the spring time of the soul. Enjoy your spring! Autumn is just around the corner here in Norway :)

I love the change of seasons and spring is always my favourite!
Here in London it feels like autumn has arrived with it's wind ripping the leaves from the trees and locking me indoors with a hot chocolate and time to turn all the ideas and impressions of summer into art :)
