Here is my SaturdayIndigo #colorchallenge. Indigo Saphires Gemstones.

This photo was taken at The Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur Malaysia using Samsung Note 5. It was evening time around 7 pm.

The Indigo color is the mix of blue and violet, you can see it in the deep blue of the night sky and in fruits like blueberries and grapes. It governs communication, either written or spoken, more about inward communication, personal thoughts, reflections, insights and deep understanding. It rules the mind, reasoning ability, the intellect, knowledge, dignity and intuition.

Indigo Color has an effect on balance and coordination, self-reflection, mental clarity and wisdom. It has a balancing influence on our frustrations and fears. Its energy relates to our true understanding of life. When our indigo energy is balanced we can understand the meaning of our lives and see the need to help others as part of our own spiritual growth.

Suffering from excess indigo color energy in our lives can make you thinking that you are above others spiritually or inability to control your ego. On the contrary, someone who dislike indigo color may be overcautious, impetuous and argumentative in their nature.

It is a good color to add to a room where creative work will be done as it inspires our creative energies through intuition. It is perfect to add to a room where you like to contemplate quietly or meditate.

Indigo in the Chakra System
Indigo is associated with the 6th chakra, often called the third eye chakra or brow chakra. The sixth chakra is located between the eyes in the middle of the forehead. When this 6th chakra becomes out of balance, we will become indecisive, jumping into conclusions and narrow minded.

Indigo Gemstones
My favourites are Blue Topaz and Sapphire. Indigo color gem stones are said to help bridge what we see as a gap between the mind and spirit. It opens the door to our subconscious and spiritual knowledge.

Adding The Color Indigo to Your Life
If you think that you are out of balance, physically or mentally, in areas that are governed by the color indigo it may be a good idea to add it to your life. You can carry an indigo color gemstone, wear the color in clothing or bring its accents color to a room in your home or office.
