Sadhguru explains different type of foods and certain foods we should avoid for feeling the life energy. There is a saying that we are what we eat. We should eat what our body needs not our mind.
There are certain foods which are energetic by nature and there are certain foods which are lethargic by nature. Sadhguru explains about those foods and yogic culture about foods. There is 3 type of yogic foods.
1- Positive Pranic food
2- Negative Pranic Food
3- Zero Pranic Food
Positive pranic foods are mainly raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts. By eating positive pranic food we create more energy in our body and it helps to reduce and increase the quality of our sleep. Whereas negative pranic foods are mainly nerve stimulants like coffee, tea, sugar, onion, garlic and similar stuff. By taking these kinds of food you create more lethargic nature in the body. So we should eat more positive pranic food.
In this video Sadhguru says; Now that you have eaten food we can talk about food why do we need food to get energy or something you eat food because you want to get energy not today's food but in normal terms if you need a full stomach will you become all energy you become later ship on an empty stomach how much energy we all have even that will go away after you eat the photo first one and a half two hours the food seems to be taking away energy from the body slowly energy starts coming back if you have to digest any food certain enzymes are necessary for the digestive process to happen all the enzymes necessary for the digestive process have not present in the body alone the food that you eat also brings these enzymes when you cook the food generally you're destroying almost 90 percent of these enzymes so when you eat this food - the enzyme the body cannot digest it so it is trying to reconstitute some of the enzymes that have been destroyed in the cooking process.
