Agfacademy: Heading Football Training
Today football training is about heading. According to the video provided by Andre, it was head to head heading but as a beginner I couldn't perform it so I had to call a friend @adebayopaul to throw the ball for me. We performed hand to head training and it was cool
Good example of heading here mate, good balance, you can use your arms more.
Test yourself with some jumps ?
