Yensesa means Exchange in Ghanian and @blackman @desmond41 and @enockagbo1 are working at the Ghana Technical University College on a new exchange that simply automates a process of exchanging Ghanian cedi (in Digital Fiat form) for Crypto, which users in team Ghana have been doing manually. Ghanian Cedi's are predominately used in a digital form but paper money conversion is available at every corner on Kiosks. A common practice with Ghanian Steem users needing to cash out is to use "The Litecoin Company" or to use local sbd/Cedi dealers sending MTN mobile money for crypto, so this is already a reality and is very close to a product release and manual . We don't have the sort of crazy demand that could overload us yet but it is coming as all of Ghana rushes to signup to Steem. Here we see Massive growth Potential with 30% of Ghana connected to mobile, 90% connected to a mobile phone which can receive MTN Digital Fiat, so this is a Project you should pay attention to. Imagine how much money we can make in the next 2 years, with 30% of Ghana or 10 million Ghanians, each needing to exchange thousands a month, and this @yensesa exchange with the best customer service and Local government approval will scoop up millions of Steem/SBD and we will become the Coinbase of Ghana! Also @blackman has revealed a future affiliate program & I forsee a possible way to convert and send money to Europe, North America USING Steem and Steem Accounts to allow user to ACCEPT Money overseas :D ! This could allow Yensesa to compete with Western Union/XRP. We could eventually expand into a Marketplace for Ghanians to sell physical goods like a sort of Craigslist that uses Steem posts. I see SO many possibilities to expand this project and I will be investing with my SBD rewards and discussing a Bitshares token with @blackman to help raise funds to allow hi to expand his development operation

It's really going to help a lot of people and ultimately get more people on board the steem train.

Wooow this is damn great..Ghanaians will face no difficulties in exchanging sbd or steem..great work to the team

Quite informative, The Mobile Money service is more attractive and impactful because together with 16 partners banks , MTN has developed and deployed numerous innovative financial products at supporting the drive towards a cash lite Ghana.
Keep sharing, thankyou

Nice one @ackza. There is even the possibility of releasing the first ever Steem ATM in Ghana and also powering POS in restaurants, hotels etc so they can pay with Steem and the POS owners get their money instantly via mobile money.

yes proof of sales... For deleghated proof of stake ... POS 4 DPOS POS4DPOS could be huge #POS4DPOS

You know I was jus thinking the same thing, I wonder why we don't have more esteem app style qr codes for paying with steem ... And in your country with tn you'd be able to allow people to get their cash for the product they sell by using steem oooh man its so cool I wish more people would invest in this @sweetsssj needs to see this, could be a project she might want to support

I KNOW @jerrybanfield will support this if we add it as a late entry into his steem support contest project or whatver it its called, hes basically using his pay as witness to fund steem projects

Thank you @ackza, @black-man is part of team accra. And we are all working together to achieve this. Everyone
Thank you for this. Highly resteemed.
And hey we've created @accra account that will be used to vote Accra community and Ghana as a whole. The account is currently controlled by @richforever

HH Thank you for posting his correct name, sorry I used his discord name which didn't have the dash

Yes ALSO here are the Links to his recent posts that I meant to promote, I knew I forgot something 9I wish steepshot had edit button, I'm afraid if I edit it it will take it down from steepshot app)

And those are from the @yensesa account, also make sure to please check out this announcement to help get @black-man some credit in developing this exchange, it is his project he needs credit and I believe steem would give serious upvotes if we just pomoted the post with some post promotion bots just to boost it, this IS the sort of stuff that USUALLy gets more success on steem, I think these posts just need to be LONGER then yeah they'll hit trending ;) and they ned steem/SBDlogos and BTC logos like I added

https://steemit.com/jerrybanfield/@black-man/the-first-big-meeting-for-steem-sbd-to-ghana-cedis-ghs-exchange-plaform-with-enockagbo1-desmond41-and-jamesjkat

I swear we will be good and get these post to TRENDING if we can just tweak the marketing and alert a few whales to see how important this is ad how profitable it can be AND how much it helps Steem to allow a WHOLE COUNTRY to Cash Out, its basically a way to allow All of Ghana be equipped to use Steemit and always have access to their steem/SBD as liquid fiat assets they can USE and so yeah.. MTN also can be used in Nigeria and all across Africa so this is a multi billion dollar sector for steem... This I what steem is for.. This WILL help steem and not the other way around this is for helping STEEEM, ye steem helps Africa but Africa helps STEEM... We are Penetrating a serious growth market here!

I'm sure the Nigerians will be inspired to do same.
