Just got off the phone with the doctor and the blood test does show a serious shortage of vitamin D, together with the Tietze Syndrome. So I've got something to work on. Resting, take some Vitamin D pills and no stress... Sounds easy🤔
Sounds like you should plan your next trip to a hot Island and just relax in the sun. Take care buddy!
