말일이 다가왔다. 하루종일 컴퓨터앞에서 있으니 눈이아팠다. 선배가 라운딩한다며 사진을 보내줬는데 당장 달려가 심신을 쉬게 하고 싶다.^^ 아치에 40분을 뛰었다. 3일째 계속 운동하니 머리가 맑아지는 느낌이다. 역시~!운동은 몸과 마음을 건강하게 만든다.^^ 건강하자!!^^v
