通院メモ20190319 - My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2019
先週の土曜日から、自宅から徒歩7分くらいのところに新しくバス停ができました。東行きのみですがありがたいです。今までは最寄りのバス停まで歩いて12-3分かかっていましたので。
で、今日は内科と精神科の診察でした。
HbA1c 7.2
今年に入ってからじわじわ下げています。
来月には7を切りたいです。
私には運動療法が効くみたいだ、と内科の先生がおっしゃっていました。
確かにこの1か月はよく動いたと思います。
随分疲れましたが。
帰りに精神科のある室町通を下がると旧・京都産業会館が京都経済センターになり、店舗部分はSUINA室町として新装開店していました。
どんどん街は変わっていきます。
今日は以上です。
僕も始めた。
本日5248歩。
