My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2018

Only a ten hour workday today. Same as most workdays with lots of stair steps and walking. Had to go get 5 samples from around town to be tested. (I work at a water plant so these were water samples...)

It was dark when I got home so didn't get to work in yard or garden...
