This is it. I got 30,000 steps and above.
Today put in the apps workout first that 5,000 steps was all I got before sleep at 4AM.
That afternoon, jogging got me to 12,000 at 7PM. I had another like 18,000 steps to go.
I couldn’t eat dinner today. I had to come back at 8PM to go straight to work.
I only managed 30,000 by 11:40PM.
Just in time to put in this post.
