My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2019
Hello steemian's today great day reaching 10,000 milestone steps.
In the early morning i go for jogging after that i go to do small household chores daily shopping for every household .
Also in the evening i go for evening walk to get fresh air, and also burn some calories according to daily count.
Calories are good for physical fitness and also calories are important factor in our health.
