My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2019
Another week has come and gone and what started out as a cold and foggy morning
with the temperature in the 30's but the Arizona sunshine was soon to break through the fog and bathe the land in bright and beautiful light.
Still a cool day to run on the trails but it was a day that reminds me of those early winter days in New England with crisp air and perhaps a dusting of snow in the forest. Very quiet in the woods that added to the enjoyable time on the trails.
Well, next weekend I will be toeing the line down at Nardini Manor to circle a 500 meter course over 24 hours. 100 miles is my dream right now. Time to get my gear and supplies set and plan my pace. Going to be a looooooong run for sure.
