My Actifit Report Card / Journal Entry
Started my day with a nice walk on the MDT, planned on taking that walk as a solo journey but Farmer surprised me and came with. I also went for a skate later and yet another walk with Farmer in the early evening. I also took some time out to make a video of the 3 mile walk Farmer & I took earlier. You can watch it here
Tip of the Day -
Dance around the house as much as possible. It's fun, it gets your energy flowing, helps you get into your zone & it adds up toward your daily #actifit activity goal. It's an all around win.

haha! no YOU would be missing out if you couldn;t dance, I'm just not put together that way, I process things differently that's all.
