My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2019

Knocking out over 10,000 steps on a Sunday.

I was really curious to see how many steps I would get today by doing mostly yard work.

My big chore for the day was cutting the grass, where I live people complain when it gets to tall.

Check out this oregano I have growing in the backyard, it's making its own jungle back there. These are the type of plants I like to grow, I do nothing to these and they just grow naturally.

I'm now mostly growing things that Survive by themselves without much work, that's pretty hard to do in this tropical weather here in Florida.

I hope you all had a great Sunday and didn't have to do too much yard work yourself.

    It is indeed only when I started tracking my steps did I realize how many steps one gets in a day from things we don’t even think about
