I went to see my childhood friend yesterday and we played cricket for almost two hours. I felt like I should be playing more often but because I am in Delhi, I will get limited opportunities. I ended up cramping my thigh muscles but the happiness of playing cricket overcomes the pain of cramps.
I think that I have lost good amount of weight as the clothes which used to be tight on my body are now looking perfect.
After doing a bit of research, I have started taking probiotics after a friend of mine recommended them. It has just been a couple of days and I will share the results if I see any.
