My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2018

I did jogging today and ran for a few miles. when I cane back i went to the gym and did workout so i managed to get to 10,000 steos by doing weight lifting, swift walking on tread mill and some boxing punching. So had a lot if exercises tiday.
