My Actifit Report Card -:August 28 2018

Today I just started little bit late.. due to some late rising from Bed, losses some extra time for jogging..

Unless and until I did an average steps. And also feelling proud that today I also able to break 30K level.. keeping my smart phone into my pocket, Actifit Apps records everything silently. Every step that I made during the day.
