”Today’s 26.5 km run was hard work. The plan was to run 27 kms but the water fountain in the park was too tempting (since I stupidly didn’t stop for hydration at all until that point!). Once I’d stopped that close to the end there was no way I was going to run another 500 metres!”

”Yesterday at work I had a lot of things to do. I moved around the office a lot, went for lunch in the afternoon. In addition, in the evening I went shopping and walked around the house a little more. The result was a serious result of about 17 thousand steps.”
