Liebe Steemians

Heute war ein sehr guter Tag! Arbeiten, dann zum Physio, wurde voll durch genadelt! Ab nach Hause Mittagessen. Kurzer Powernap und ab ins erste Fecht Training, Lektion mit dem Nationaltrainer. Dann wieder nach Hause um mich für das zweite Training vorzubereiten. Im zweiten Training gab es eine Turniersimulation, war gar nicht mal so schlecht, wurde 3ter. Das war mein heutiger Tag!

Today was a good day! First work and after work, i went to my physiotherapist, he destroyed me! Back at home, I had lunch. After lunch I took a powernap for my first fencing training! Than I came back home and prepared myself for the next training, a tournament simulation. I became 3rd, that was my day!
