My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2022

Everyone Loves Music!😊
Looks like the Mrs has a few friends enjoying her electronic keyboard!🤗
I hope they have ear plugs, Silvertop and Liz play their music loud!😇
Once a Month we lead Worship at Church, and this Sunday we are scheduled. The Mrs has picked a good set of contemporary music, and every evening this week we will run through the set.
Power………Silvertop always needs more power for his guitar amplifier Lol, and today was also battery watering maintenance day as well.😅
“Silvertop let’s hike,…………follow me!”🥰
On the week we lead Worship, our evenings are busy. Liz set a timer on her FitBit and when it went off, it was time to turnaround and head back home!
A beautiful Sunny day in the Mountains, Jan our friend joined us, and we hiked toward Towhee Ridge.
To get to this ridge top, you must climb several steep trails. We tell everyone this particular trail is our outdoor natural treadmill workout trail!😅
It starts out easy, transitions to a short steep trail, levels out, and repeat’s in several variations!
Then……. you climb up the steepest hill!
When we first started our hiking, on this very steep trail we would stop mid hill.
Now it’s to the top every hike!🤗
Gradually build up your hiking stamina my friend’s!
Remember just like Crypto, we are in this for the long haul!🤗
