My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2019
Country roads......
Summer is starting to wind down, but Silvertop’s hiking is still in high gear!😊
I always try to hit 20,000 @actifit Steps,and if I am lucky my Mountain trails sometimes can get me over 100 uphill floors!😊
Today was one of those days with 105 uphill floors!🤗🎉
Still it’s kind of sad, Mrs silvertop had to go into work way too early, and she said.....hike without me...🙄
I believe I hike steeper trails without the Mrs but......😟🥰
Her blood pressure went back to normal from our hikes.
I get to spend quality time with my best friend, and I stay fit and healthy.👍
I think I can give up some of the steep trails........

Are 105 floors about 300 meters?
Each floor for Fitbit is 10 feet X 105 floors = 1,050.00 feet of elevation.
Converted to Meters it's 320 Meters :)
