My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2018

Wow, how quickly the weather changed up here in the Northwest! The sun disappeared yesterday, and I was busy playing lead acoustic guitar for my band at church this morning. After I packed up my equipment and started loading up my car it was dumping a cold rain...........
It was a shorter hike, but lots of steps setting up cables and equipment and tearing down. I read that you burn considerable energy playing guitar in a band..... And I can tell you it’s exhausting....... but a passion of mine!
Hoping for less rain tomorrow 🙃
