Hi everyone, well I did my hike... I’m still a little under the weather and it’s a good thing no one was around to hear me coughing LOL. I think I am on the mend🤧
So this picture is a section of my regular hike, and the snow you see isn’t, it’s perpetual frost. I would hate to have a house here, it’s cold and shady.
I sometimes hike my favorite trail system, because it has lots of uphill’s and switchbacks it’s a good workout and a good cardio workout! I hope you enjoyed this look into my trail workout!😁
