My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2019
Was on a train to Ipswich for most of the day but did my steps walking to the station and while waiting for trains. The new trains from Cornwall to London are great. They switch to electric and that's better than diesel. Shame there's no electric in south west England yet.
Walking to the station has saved me a lot of money over the years.
