오늘 운동은 추운가운데 시작 했는데 지금 마치게 되었네요.
직장에서 출장 다니면서 걷고 집에와서 걷다보니 벌써 만보가 되었네요
기분이 좋고 덥네요 포스팅 끝나면 샤워를 해야 될란가봅니다.
