My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2019

Back to my home city. What a relief after all the soul tiring but fun wedding days. I could not maintain my weight despite walking a lot of steps in these days. Well kolkata just over feeds you with sweets. Hence now along with all my activity, there would be dieting as well.

Today, there was no exercise. Just me walking on airport terminal. And then to work from my home in the evening and now back.

From tomorrow onwards, I can start some diet plan and figure out why some stuff works better than other.
