Another day of walking mostly around the home. It’s still not a grand score but I think it’s justified to post it here anyway. I must endeavour to increase the score tomorrow though.

Any activity is good. At work I've been mostly sitting around all day. Then I get home and sit around watching TV. My activity level is probably quite low compared to your. Your numbers would probably beat mine significantly lol

Just to be aware of it is the first step to improving your daily activity. You can step in place even while watching tv you know, you don't have to go out. Maybe walk to work too haha
