My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2019
Today the sky brightened up a bit.
After work, I walked to the beach and then dived into the ocean for 35 minute swim. It feels so good in the water. It was a bit choppy but still I swam 8 laps and didnt feel tired at all. Then came home for a quick noodle dinner.
