My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2018

Greetings and good evening everyone!

Today’s Actifit activities include walking mostly and jogging just a little down in the neighborhood.

Then I had to go to an appointment and also doing some errands going to the stores nearby.

At home was pretty much normal doing some housework like cooking and stuff as usual; sounds mundane, but it’s what it is with life.

Just glad and thankful the day’s almost over and looking forward for a happy tomorrow.

Went to a cafeteria and had an almond croissant with white chocolate mocha while waiting for my appointment...I love almond croissant it's really yum.

Yeah, I was up by 7 in the morning. My appt was at 2 pm but the drive was like 2 hrs due to heavy traffic.

Croissant is one of my many favorites; it sure is a delish. What's your favorite snack dessert? Anything?

I like a donut with chocolate frosting🍩 . This with some vanilla yogurt is fantastic snack for me 😀
